Digital Delivery Policy
How and when you receive an e-book you buy from DailySkinTips.in.
DailySkinTips sells digital products only. Every paid item on this website is a skincare e-book supplied as a downloadable PDF file. Nothing is manufactured, stocked, packed or posted by us, so no shipping address, courier or delivery charge is involved in any order.
What You Receive
- Format: a PDF file, readable on any phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer with a standard PDF reader or web browser.
- Contents: the complete e-book described on that title's page. The description, category, author and price shown there are the product you are buying.
- Access: the title is added to your DailySkinTips account library, where you can read it online or download it.
- Licence: one personal, non-transferable copy for your own use. Please see our Terms & Conditions.
Most paid titles also offer a free sample of the opening pages before you buy, so you can confirm the content is what you want.
Delivery Timeline
- Delivery charge: none. Digital delivery is always free.
- Delivery time: immediate. Access is granted the moment Razorpay confirms your payment — normally within a few seconds.
- Where it appears: you are taken straight to a confirmation page with Read now and Download PDF buttons. The title also appears permanently under My Books.
- Email receipt: a confirmation email with your order details is sent to the address on your order.
Occasionally a bank takes an extra moment to confirm a payment. If that happens, the order shows as pending and unlocks automatically as soon as confirmation arrives — usually under a minute. You can check the current status any time under My Orders.
How Long You Keep Access
- Your purchase does not expire. The e-book stays in your account library for as long as the account exists, and you can download it again whenever you need to.
- You may download a purchased title to more than one of your own devices.
- Download activity is logged against your account so that we can support you and detect misuse of the file.
- Access is withdrawn only if the order is refunded or charged back, or if the file is redistributed in breach of our Terms & Conditions.
If Something Goes Wrong
If a payment succeeded but the e-book has not appeared in your account, or a downloaded file will not open:
- First check My Orders — a pending payment usually settles within a minute.
- Then email support@dailyskintips.in with your Order ID and the title. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
We will restore your access or re-issue the file. If we cannot make it work for you, the order is refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
No Physical Products Are Shipped by Us
DailySkinTips.in also publishes recommendations for skincare products — cleansers, serums, sunscreens, moisturisers and similar items. Those are third-party products sold on other companies' websites, listed here through affiliate links.
We do not manufacture, own, stock, package, dispatch or deliver any physical skincare product. If you buy one after following a link from this site:
- The partner store is the seller and handles payment, invoicing, packaging and shipping.
- Their delivery timelines, shipping charges, tracking and return process apply — not this policy.
- Please contact that store directly about anything to do with the shipment.
