Who We Are and What We Sell

So there is no ambiguity about what you are dealing with:

• We publish free skincare content — tips, routines, ingredient guides, blog articles and FAQs. No payment or account is required to read it.
• We sell our own skincare e-books. These are the only products we sell. They are digital PDF files, purchased on this website, paid for through Razorpay and delivered instantly to your account. For these orders we are the seller and we are responsible to you.
• We recommend third-party skincare products through affiliate links. We do not manufacture, stock, sell, ship or invoice any physical product, and we take no payment for them. Those sales are between you and the partner store. See section 9 and our Affiliate Disclosure.

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Acceptance of Terms

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use DailySkinTips.in in any way that may damage, disable, or impair the site, or interfere with another user's access to it.

Intellectual Property

All content on DailySkinTips.in — including articles, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of DailySkinTips.in unless otherwise stated, and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish our content without prior written permission.

User Conduct

When interacting with our website, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive material.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Use the website to distribute spam, malware, or harmful code.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

Customer Accounts

You need a free account to buy, download or read one of our e-books. By creating one you agree that:

• The name and email address you give are accurate, and the email address is one you can access — your receipt and any support reply are sent there.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are for individual use. You may not share your login so that other people can read a title you paid for.
• You will tell us promptly at support@dailyskintips.in if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these terms — in particular to redistribute purchased files or to attempt payment fraud.

Buying Our E-Books

What the product is. Each paid title is a digital e-book supplied as a downloadable PDF file. It is not a printed book, and nothing is posted or shipped to you. The title, description, category, author and price shown on the book's page describe exactly what you are buying, and most paid titles offer a free sample of the opening pages so you can check the content before paying.

Pricing. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the book page and again at checkout, inclusive of any applicable taxes. There is no delivery charge. The price you see at checkout is the total amount that will be charged. We may change the price of a title at any time, but a change never affects an order you have already completed.

Payment. Payment is taken through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. The amount charged is calculated on our server from our own records, not from anything sent by your browser. Every payment is verified cryptographically before access is granted, and no e-book is unlocked until that verification succeeds.

One-time purchase. Each purchase is a single one-time payment. We do not operate subscriptions, memberships, recurring billing or auto-renewals, and we never store your card to charge it again later.

Order acceptance. Your order is complete when payment is confirmed and the title appears in your account. If a payment fails or cannot be verified, no access is granted and no order exists. We may decline or reverse an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or a payment made without the cardholder's authority.

Delivery. Access is granted instantly on confirmation of payment, and the title stays in your account permanently. Full details are in our Digital Delivery Policy.

Refunds and cancellation. Because the complete file is delivered immediately, purchases are final once downloaded. We do, however, refund duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, failed delivery and corrupt or incorrect files when reported within 7 days. The full terms — including what is and is not refundable, and how to request a refund — are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your licence to use the e-book. When you buy a title we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it and to keep a copy for your own use. You may download it to your own devices. You may not resell it, share it, upload it, publish it, translate it, lend it, distribute it in any form, remove any notice from it, or use its contents commercially, without our prior written permission. We retain all copyright and ownership in the e-book itself.

Withdrawal of access. Access to a title may be withdrawn if the order is refunded or charged back, or if the file is redistributed in breach of the licence above.

We do not diagnose or treat any skin condition, and we make no guarantee that any routine, ingredient or product will produce a particular result for you. Third-Party Product Recommendations & Affiliate Links

Our website includes recommendations for skincare products made and sold by other companies, published as affiliate links. If you buy through one of these links, the retailer may pay us a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we believe may be helpful to our readers, and earning a commission does not change our editorial advice.

For any product bought this way:

• The partner store is the seller. The contract of sale is between you and them, not between you and us.
• Their prices, product descriptions, availability, terms of sale, delivery timelines, warranties and return policies apply.
• We do not take your payment, issue your invoice, dispatch your order, or have any ability to cancel, refund, replace, exchange or track it.
• We are not the manufacturer and cannot verify a brand's ingredient, safety or certification claims. Check the product label and the partner's product page.
• Please contact that store's customer service about anything to do with the order.

Limitation of Liability

DailySkinTips.in and its team will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, our website or its content. You use the website and its information at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility to you for an e-book you have actually paid us for. For a paid e-book order, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order, which we will refund where our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Nor does anything here exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We accept no liability for products bought from a third-party retailer through an affiliate link, since we are not the seller of those products.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
