Morning Skincare Routine
Cleanse Your Face
Use a gentle cleanser suitable for your skin type. Splash with lukewarm water, apply cleanser in circular motions for 60 seconds, then rinse. Removes overnight oil buildup.
Apply Toner
Sweep an alcohol-free toner across your face with a cotton pad. Toners balance pH, remove residual impurities, and prep skin for serums. Look for rose water or hyaluronic acid.
Serum / Treatment
Apply Vitamin C serum (3-4 drops) for brightening and antioxidant protection. Fights free radicals, boosts collagen, evens skin tone. Wait 1-2 minutes before next step.
Eye Cream
Gently dab a pea-sized eye cream around the orbital bone using your ring finger. Look for caffeine (puffiness), peptides (fine lines), or vitamin K (dark circles).
Moisturize
Apply lightweight, water-based moisturizer to lock in hydration. Even oily skin needs this! Gel for oily, cream for dry. Apply in upward strokes.
Sunscreen (SPF 30+)
The most important step! Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ as last step. Use 2 finger-lengths. Reapply every 2 hours if outdoors. Prevents 90% of premature aging.
Night Skincare Routine
Double Cleanse
Start with cleansing oil or micellar water to remove makeup and sunscreen. Follow with regular cleanser. Double cleansing prevents clogged pores.
Exfoliate (2-3x/week)
Use chemical exfoliant with AHAs or BHAs. Gentler than scrubs, dissolves dead skin without micro-tears. Don't over-exfolitate!
Toner
Use a hydrating or treatment-focused toner with niacinamide or centella asiatica for extra repair.
Treatment Serum
Perfect time for retinol, peptides, or growth factors. Start with 0.25% retinol and gradually increase.
Eye Cream
Apply a richer eye cream with retinol, peptides, or hyaluronic acid for deeper repair.
Night Cream / Sleeping Mask
Seal everything with nourishing night cream. Look for ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and peptides for overnight repair.
